Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients: Eggs, butter, salt, pepper
Instructions: Beat the eggs in a bowl, melt the butter in a pan, add the eggs, stir until cooked.
Fried Eggs
Ingredients: Eggs, oil, salt, pepper
Instructions: Heat the oil in a pan, crack the egg into the pan, cook until the whites are set, season with salt and pepper.
Poached Eggs
Ingredients: Eggs, vinegar
Instructions: Boil water in a pan, add a splash of vinegar, crack the egg into a bowl and gently slide it into the water, cook for about 4 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon.
Boiled Eggs

Instructions: Put the eggs in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, cover and remove from heat, let sit for about 9-12 minutes, cool under cold water and peel.
Omelette

Instructions: Beat the eggs in a bowl, melt the butter in a pan, add the eggs, when the edges start to set, add the cheese and vegetables, fold over one side and cook until done.
Egg Salad
Ingredients: Eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, chives
Instructions: Boil the eggs, peel and chop, mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and chives.
